WE WANT YOU TO BE FULLY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE.

IF YOU ARE NOT 100% HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE SEND IT BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE COST OF THE PRODUCT. UNWANTED ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED BY POST AND THE COST OF DELIVERY IS PAYABLE BY THE CUSTOMER.

TO START A RETURN, YOU CAN CONTACT US AT BUSINESS@RIMZEE.COM. IF YOUR RETURN IS ACCEPTED, WE’LL SEND YOU THE DETAILS ON WHERE TO SEND YOUR PACKAGE. ITEMS SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT FIRST REQUESTING A RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

PLEASE INCLUDE IMAGES OF WHAT YOU'VE RECEIVED AND LET US KNOW WHAT PRODUCT YOU WERE EXPECTING ALONG WITH THE ORDER NUMBER.

WHEN RETURNING ITEMS, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT WHEN YOU RETURN ITEMS, YOU ASK THE POST OFFICE FOR PROOF OF POSTAGE. YOU CAN OBTAIN THIS BY ASKING YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE FOR A PROOF OF POSTAGE RECEIPT.  WE CANNOT PROCESS RETURNS THAT ARE LOST IN THE POST.

PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF ITEMS:

  • CDS
  • PERISHABLE GOODS SUCH AS FOOD
  • UNDERWEAR / EARRINGS
  • MADE TO ORDER / PERSONALISED ITEMS

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. UNWANTED ORDERS MUST BE RETURNED BY POST AND THE COST OF THE DELIVERY IS PAYABLE BY THE CUSTOMER. TO RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE EMAIL US AT BUSINESS@RIMZEE.COM ONCE YOU HAVE READ THE GUIDELINES BELOW AND INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER. PLEASE RETURN ITEMS WITH THE RETURN SLIP FILLED IN.

  • ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED, COMPLETE WITH ORIGINAL TAGS AND/OR
  • PACKAGING IF APPLICABLE.
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS OF THE ITEMS.
  • ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL, RESALABLE CONDITION.
  • PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE WELL PACKAGED, SO AS NOT TO BE DAMAGED IN THE POST.
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS, BODYSUITS, SOCKS AND UNDERWEAR
  • CANNOT BE RETURNED IF REMOVED FROM THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
  • IF RETURNING FOOTWEAR, PLEASE ENSURE THE BOX IS PROTECTED WITH AN OUTER PACKAGING
  • LAYER. THE BOX IS PART OF THE PRODUCT, THEREFORE ANY DAMAGE MAY RESULT IN THE RETURN
  • BEING REFUSED.
  • PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL RETURN PACKAGES ARE SENT WITH A TRACKABLE, INSURED SERVICE.
  • WE CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS DAMAGED OR LOST IN THE RETURN TRANSIT.
  • PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU EMAIL US BEFORE RETURNING ITEMS AS THIS MAY RESULT IN YOUR RETURN NOT BEING PROCESSED.

  • TO ARRANGE THE RETURN/EXCHANGE OF AN ORDER. ADDITIONAL COSTS MAY BE INCURRED.
  • IF RETURNING AN ITEM FROM OUTSIDE THE UK, PLEASE CLEARLY MARK THE PACKAGE
  • RETURNED GOODS; TO AVOID ANY CUSTOMS CHARGES.
  • RIMZEE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURN CUSTOM CHARGES MADE.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON RECEPTION AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM, SO THAT WE CAN EVALUATE THE ISSUE AND MAKE IT RIGHT.
IF YOU RETURN SOMETHING BECAUSE OF AN ERROR ON OUR PART OR BECAUSE IT’S DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE, PLEASE CONTACT US AT BUSINESS@RIMZEE.COM AND INCLUDE THE ORDER NUMBER BEFORE RETURNING THE ORDER WITH MORE DETAILS AND PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE IF POSSIBLE.

 

EXCEPTION / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

CERTAIN TYPES OF ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED, LIKE PERISHABLE GOODS (SUCH AS FOOD, FLOWERS, OR PLANTS), CUSTOM PRODUCTS (SUCH AS SPECIAL ORDERS OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS), AND PERSONAL CARE GOODS (SUCH AS BEAUTY PRODUCTS, PERFUME/OUD). WE ALSO DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR HAZARDOUS MATERIALS, FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS, OR GASES. PLEASE GET IN TOUCH IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS ABOUT YOUR SPECIFIC ITEM.
UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS OR GIFT CARDS.


EXCHANGES

THE FASTEST WAY TO ENSURE YOU GET WHAT YOU WANT IS TO RETURN THE ITEM YOU HAVE, AND ONCE THE RETURN IS ACCEPTED, WE CAN SEND YOU THE REPLACEMENT ITEM.  PLEASE FOLLOW THE RETURNS TERMS AND GUIDELINES ABOVE.

 

REFUNDS

IF YOU ARE NOT 100% HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE SEND IT BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE COST OF THE PRODUCT. WE WILL NOTIFY YOU ONCE WE’VE RECEIVED AND INSPECTED YOUR RETURN, AND LET YOU KNOW IF THE REFUND WAS APPROVED OR NOT. IF APPROVED, YOU’LL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED ON YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. PLEASE REMEMBER IT CAN TAKE SOME TIME FOR YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO PROCESS AND POST THE REFUND TOO. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS DEPENDING ON YOUR BANK.
